I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with an emphasis in art history from Metropolitan State College of Denver. Working on art projects and learning about historic works of art helped enhance and fine tune my creativity. I have always loved all things old and vintage. It started with my grandmother's jewelry, then progressed to scouring thrift stores for retro clothing, and continued as I attended auctions in search of 1940's and 50's bowls and glassware. Now I am constantly searching for the next beautiful piece of fabric or embellishment that I can use on one of my boxes.             Note: Charbano boxes are not toys; many have small embellishments that, if detached, can be dangerous for small children.
